By using Pin Drop (“the app”), made by Chimera, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app. Apple’s standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies.
Pin Drop lets you create and publish simple websites for local businesses using “drops” (credits). One drop publishes one site. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time.
Starter ($19.99/month) grants 10 drops each month. Unlimited ($149.99/year) grants unlimited drops. Drop packs (2 for $9.99, 10 for $39.99) are one-time purchases. Prices are shown in your local currency at checkout.
Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Payment is charged to your Apple account. Manage or cancel anytime in your device Settings › Apple Account › Subscriptions. Unused drops from a Starter month do not roll over. Purchases are non-refundable except as required by law or Apple’s policies; refund requests go through Apple.
You are responsible for the content you publish, and you confirm you have permission to use the business information and photos you upload. Don’t publish unlawful, misleading, or infringing content. We may remove sites that violate these terms.
The app and published sites are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. Pin Drop is a tool; we make no guarantee of sales, income, or business results. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Chimera is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the past 12 months.
We may update these terms; continued use after changes means you accept them.
